AN HOE NG is a frozen seafood store built around a simple idea: buy well, handle carefully, and let the ingredient speak. Our range stays deliberately small - lobster, langoustine, prawns, crab, clams, sea snail, sea cucumber and squid - so that every line has a clear reason to be here.
We select seafood for clean flavour and sound texture, then freeze it to hold that quality. Orders are packed in insulated liners and dispatched from Ashbury, New South Wales, usually within one to two business days.
What we care about
- Traceable sourcing. We work with licensed fisheries and established suppliers, and we keep our range short enough to know what we are selling.
- The cold chain. Frozen product is kept frozen from packing to delivery. Insulated packaging protects quality in transit.
- Plain answers. If something arrives damaged, thawed or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will review it with you.
